HPO Jumpstart
The HPO Jumpstart Process is a structured, holistic program whose primary objective is to make the necessary changes to any team or organization that will move it to High Performance and keep it there. Equal focus must be placed on how we are structured, what are expectations are for each other, how we effectively communicate, how we hold each other accountable and how we will treat each other with respect.

Team Acceleration Process (TAP)
The Team Acceleration Process is a one to two-day program whose primary objective is to create the conditions resulting in a high performing, interdependent team. The program is designed to address a specific project team or a newly put together team that must move quickly with outcome accountability.

Leader Assimilation Workshop (LAW)
The Leader Assimilation Workshop is a half-day program whose primary objective is to introduce a leader to a new team and to take steps which will allow the leader to quickly connect with her team and the team with her and move them to high performance more quickly.
